Here, in the south of France, the sky sometimes produces fascinating lenticular clouds, when the Mistral blows endlessly across the hills. They have very specific aerodynamic shapes, that catch light on their superimposed layers. Revealing their remarquable volumes, they constantly evolve, expanding and retracting above the horizon: all I do is materialise them in my studio, shaping these bits of sky into a dynamic of their own.
